Postage & Delivery

We can deliver to you in 2 ways if you live in South Africa:

Standard Postage is FREE with all purchases from our website!

If you select to have your order dispatched via standard delivery, which is free of charge, your order will be dispatched to you within 24 hours of receipt of your order, and should be delivered to your door within 4 to 6 working days. All parcels are insured and tracked as part of the service, to ensure peach of mind when you shop on our website. Please give us a minimum of 24 hours to process your payment and pack your order.

Overnight counter to counter postage is charged at R55 per 1kg of your orders total weight and will be calculated at the check out for you, so that you can see the additional charges for postage prior to paying.

Do you live abroad?

You can still order from www.dizzydots.co.za if you live abroad and we will post your order out to you at an extra cost. Should you wish to place an order on our website that requires postage overseas, then please email info@dizzydots.co.za so that we can communicate directly with you regarding the payment.

Please note, local import duties may be payable on receipt internationally.We will email a tracking number to you once the order has been dispatched.
